Day 5
1 cup coffee, 3 splenda, fat free fr van creamer
1 burned english muffin (the toaster oven started on fire. again.) with plum jam
3 bites of a cookie
12 oz. diet pepsi
I ate a half of a cookie because I thought I was going to have to wait til 2pm to eat bc we're so busy at work. Then, of course, I got a chance to run out and get a sandwich! Doesn't that always happen!?
sandwich - turkey, provolone, tiny bit of mayo, honey mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickle on multi-grain bread
1 sm bag baked lays
12 oz. diet pepsi
8 oz water
1/2 pack sweet tarts
1 porkchop
white rice w shoyu
shoepeg corn
1 dinner roll
1 sliver of Entenmann's cake
1 glass of white wine
4 Snackwells vanilla creme sandwich cookies
I'm starting to realize how much more I eat when I'm stressed. I was stressed out today and really did not do a good job. I need to find another outlet when I'm freaking out.

I like this idea...
I've found if I keep fat-free cheese and low fat wheat thins on hand for snacks, I don't crave as many sweet things? And it fills me up for the most part. I even skipped lunch yesterday. Mind you, I ordered Indian last night (boo indian is way fattening) but since I didn't eat lunch I didn't feel like such a lard ass for eating the fattening indian! :)
