1/2 turkey sandwich

1 scoop chocolate ice cream in a cone

1 strawberry margarita
spinach salad w chicken, feta, walnuts, bacon, carmelized onions, no dressing
1 slice buttered bread

1 burned english muffin (the toaster oven started on fire. again.) with plum jam

I ate a half of a cookie because I thought I was going to have to wait til 2pm to eat bc we're so busy at work. Then, of course, I got a chance to run out and get a sandwich! Doesn't that always happen!?

sandwich - turkey, provolone, tiny bit of mayo, honey mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickle on multi-grain bread
1 sm bag baked lays

1/2 pack sweet tarts

I'm starting to realize how much more I eat when I'm stressed. I was stressed out today and really did not do a good job. I need to find another outlet when I'm freaking out.

2 fig newtons (a cookie is just a cookie but a Newton is fruit & cake!)

salad: mixed greens, grilled chicken, carrots, red onion, light done right ranch dressing

I was maticulously taking notes over the weekend about what I was eating and it was not good, to say the least. Moving. Ugh. No food in the house, then eating out, and running for snacks. Plus physical activity like that makes me hungry! Lots of leftover pizza and junk. Unforch, I lost the random piece of paper I was keeping track on. If I can find it I'll add on here for Saturday and Sunday. For now, here's Monday -

1 cup coffee (at home)

1 plain bagel with strawberry jam
8 oz water

Romaine salad w croutons & parmesan, half lite ranch dressing, half fat free balsamic
dinner roll
12 oz diet pepsi

8 oz water
1 banana

8 oz water

3 triscuit crackers
1 small laughing cow wedge of light swiss

Dinner is a little hazy!
3 (?) 4(?) small cocktail glasses of sangria
2 pieces of bread dipped in olive oil
1 slice of buffalo mozzarella, 1 slice of prucciuto, 1 cherry tomato
1/2 entree tortolloni w procuttio and peas in pink sauce
8 oz water

1 slice Entenmann's Louisianna Crunch cake
8 oz water

I think I may have figured out what I want to use my Vox blog for. Thanks to Janelle for the idea. Maybe if I know this is going to be public, it will help me control my urges!

Yay! Jake's gf made chocolate chip oatmeal cookies and I was able to resist.
Yay! I gave away the bag of chips that came with my lunch.
Boo! It's Moving Day and I've been stress-eating a lot.
